Sameday inspects properties for home buyers; repairs ice machines, freezers, and walk-in boxes for store owners; and offers 24-hour assistance to property managers and maintenance supervisors. We also stock our trucks with most equipment parts, enabling us to fix problems during our first response to service calls, saving our clients time and money. Our company has a quick response and turn-around time because live persons answer our phones 24 hours a day to handle emergency calls. JAC’s in-office personnel are in contact with our technicians by radio and cell phone at all times, enabling quick dispatch. We anticipate response and turn-around times of three hours or better for emergency calls; eight hours for routine service calls; and 24 hours for change-outs and installations.
